Senior Business Management Project
To maximize students real world learning, this year in Senior Business Management students created complete business plans for a food truck start up. Students researched existing food truck business models, marketing plans, and competed in a pitch project. Each student group created a model food truck, menu and a sample product to test.
Five teams competed at our Food Truck Simulator competition for educational leaders visiting from the Big Picture Learning Leadership Conference. Students presented their business plans, elevator pitches, menus, and sample foods. We had teams making crepes, Italian cookies, plaintain chips, cupcakes, tea, and sheperd's pie.
